Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is adding Sitar, an upscale East Indian restaurant, to its property. Located on the first floor near Sound Waves, the venue will feature boardwalk views and hold a soft opening in June before an official ribbon cutting on July 17. The restaurant is part of a $50 million capital improvement plan for 2026 that will transform over 700 guest rooms, 60 suites, and eight penthouses in the North Tower. In addition to Sitar, the casino is also adding Federal Donuts and Chicken from Philadelphia.
