However, the club was fined $1.2 million for allowing Mrs. Kasurinen to withdraw more than $200 cash at a time on 45 occasions, totaling up to $1,400 in a single session. The Kasurinens, who lost at least $345,000 on poker machines, faced severe financial hardship after Raimo's suicide in 2020. The club argued that each transaction was separate, but ACAT rejected this, finding a breach of regulations.
