The offer, governed by a Takeover Bid Implementation Agreement dated 11 July 2025 (amended on 20 and 28 August 2025), encompassed all issued RCT units. The 85.77% stake includes acceptances that may settle within 21 days post-closure. Reef Corporate Services Limited, as the responsible entity, submitted a distribution schedule and a list of the top 20 unitholders in compliance with ASX Listing Rules 4.10.7 and 4.10.9.
