Apple was given five days to block new downloads by users registered as minors and to require age verification for in-app purchases of virtual chips. Beyond the specific app, the court barred Apple from allowing new apps with equivalent casino-style mechanics onto the App Store without effective age controls. Apple was also ordered to preserve all records related to the app and submit a technical report detailing its compliance measures, with a daily fine of R$100,000 (approximately $19,500) for noncompliance.
