Casino Plus has expanded an existing brand ambassador partnership with Filipino actor Alden Richards, who has served as its first male brand ambassador since 2024, to now encompass corporate social responsibility (CSR) and responsible-gaming campaigns alongside traditional promotional activities. The expanded agreement covers community programs such as "Hero For All," an initiative with the AR Foundation recognizing individuals for community service, as well as responsible-gaming messaging. Richards emphasized personal responsibility in his remarks, stating that the brand will continue pushing for responsible choices and avoiding abuse of opportunities or practices. The company did not disclose the duration or financial terms of the agreement. Casino Plus operates an online gaming platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) and noted its player safeguards, including know-your-customer procedures, age verification, and responsible-gaming controls. In December 2025, it launched the PhilFirst Surety Bond Protection Program providing up to P1 billion in surety coverage for qualified player funds.
