Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park is expanding with three new dining options: Aya, a 28,000-square-foot restaurant with coastal California cuisine and Asian accents; Playbook Sports Bar, offering classic sports bar fare; and Soco Dough, a dessert bar specializing in artisanal doughnuts and gelato. The $40 million project includes a dedicated entrance for Aya, bypassing the casino floor, and a new 144,000-square-foot non-smoking gaming area. Led by Roy and Jennifer Murphy-Ellamar, the expansion aims to enhance the resort’s culinary offerings and will create over 430 new jobs. Aya will feature a wine tunnel, a $1 million cellar, and ingredients sourced from the resort’s 40-acre farm.
