Good Pie, a Brooklyn-style pizza brand famous for its Grandma Pie, celebrated the grand opening of its third location on Monday inside the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa food court in Summerlin. The event featured pizza, raffle giveaways, and prizes, including a year of free pizza for the first three people in line. Founder Vincent Rotolo and the team distributed hats, T-shirts, tote bags, gift cards, and other raffle prizes. Guests sampled various pizzas, including Grandma pies, Brooklyn-style slices with fresh mozzarella, Detroit and Sicilian squares, and the new White Pie Remix, which is exclusive to the Red Rock location. Since its 2018 opening in Downtown Las Vegas, Good Pie has expanded to Henderson and now operates three locations across the city. The Red Rock location is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
