The project, designed by SKLARchitecture, will consist of two eight-story towers atop a parking podium, featuring a total of 278 residential units ranging from 499-square-foot efficiencies to 1,050-square-foot two-bedroom apartments. The units will include floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies, while the building will offer communal amenities such as a swimming pool, children's playground, and two pickleball courts. Additionally, the development will include 17,745 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 391 parking spots. The firm purchased the 3.09-acre site for $12 million, which formerly hosted the Hollywood Greyhound Track. At full capacity, the project could house 560 residents.
