Since the casino opened in January 2017, Belleville has received a cumulative $25.4 million. OLG shares revenues with host municipalities to support local investments in community services and infrastructure. Tyler Allsopp, Bay of Quinte MPP, highlighted the government’s commitment to supporting municipalities and critical family services through these payments. Host communities in Ontario have received nearly $2.4 billion in non-tax gaming revenue since 1994, and OLG reinvests 100% of its profits back into the province.
